Realizing that for best performance, an individual needs to be well
motivated and internally driven, TAWAZON aims to assist students in need by
providing them with the moral support and scaffolding that improves their
resilience in face of the challenges they face.
In addition, through the creation of volunteering opportunities,
members of the communities served and others will be able to build stronger
relationships, improve self-esteem, and develop the skills students need to
prepare them to meet future challenges in college and the workplace.
TAWAZON will ensure, through proper coaching, that students are
taught to become life-long learners, productive workers, and civic-minded
community members.
