TAWAZON launched an environmental initiative entitled "hibbo ma3na”, in collaboration with Sukleen, in January 2015, aiming at stimulating the neighborhoods, schools, organizations and businesses of its centers to begin sorting solid wastes (non-organic).

In 2022, one aspect of the school breakfast project is to encourage kids to be involved in collecting and sorting recyclables into recycling bins.
