TAWAZON aims at developing the capacities of women and girls who had been marginalized in the society due to several reasons. This will be achieved through serious coaching and mentoring activities. The approach uses training and workshops to promote the capacity of these women in different domains. The workshops will help women in need who lack professional qualifications become productive by working from home, thus staying by their children.

The overall objectives of the workshops are:

Vocational training to ensure a means of survival and ability to confront poverty.
To improve the morale of women so they can assert their role as productive and valuable members in society.
