TAWAZON’s services aim at enabling income generation capacity for
families who lost their income due to unemployment. They support the process of developing and
strengthening the skills, abilities and resources that individuals and families
need to survive, adapt and thrive in a fast-changing world. An essential
ingredient in capacity building activities is transformation that is generated
and sustained over time from within the person; transformation of this kind
goes beyond performing tasks to changing mindsets and attitudes.
TAWAZON is responsible for cultivating professionals who, in
response to the needs of communities in developing areas, can contribute to the
establishment of internal capacity that will lead to comprehensive and
sustainable development for the communities.
These activities include:
- Reviewing and drafting of
curriculum vitae (CVs)
- Preparing for interviews
- Organizing job seminars
- Holding personalized training
